Return Eligibility

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

How to Return

1. Email us with your order number and reason for return. 2. We'll send you a return label or arrange a pickup. 3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once processed.

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? We offer free exchanges within 14 days. Contact us and we'll sort it out fast.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned: edible products, opened candy or snacks, swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken), and personalised items.
