Shipping & Delivery

We work hard to get your order to you as fast as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UAE time) are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are dispatched the following business day.

Delivery Timeframes

Dubai & Abu Dhabi: 1 business day. Other Emirates: 1–3 business days. Remote areas may take up to 5 business days.

Delivery Fees

Standard delivery is AED 15. Free delivery on all orders over AED 150.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to track your parcel in real time.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 48 hours and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
